Christmas 2020
Christmastime!
Though a quieter-than-normal year, we had a lovely day in Rhode Island. Izzy made it home from college, accompanied by her roommate’s kitten, Booger. Violet exchanged gifts with her friends in the garage (we’re officially out of the “Pause”, but still taking the social restrictions to heart).
The Kitten
Having a playful kitten running around the house has been a ton of fun. She’s very easy going, adaptable, and good natured. Sprocket is curious, and sometimes unpredictable around the kitten, so we’ve had to initiate some traffic control measures. Goldie, being a refined older feline, stays on a bed mostly ignoring the shenanigans.

Walk in the woods
After all the celebration, I took Sprocket out for a quick walk through the woods. With no one around, he loved running around off-leash. He’s not built for stamina with those little legs, but he does sprint pretty well, lol!
